Welcome to PiptiTech! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PiptiTech. PiptiTech operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). PiptiTech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PiptiTech reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until PiptiTech confirms acceptance. Acceptance of your order is conditioned on our receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as PiptiTech may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept your order, or if we modify or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Returns and exchanges of purchases are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside of our control. Once we have handed the products over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

The PiptiTech names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of PiptiTech or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of PiptiTech. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control over or input into.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

PiptiTech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with PiptiTech. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transactions between you and PiptiTech, including any injury, damage or loss caused by products or services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all liability for any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PiptiTech.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. In addition, certain personal information may be subject to the Shopify privacy policy, available here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide the Services to you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PiptiTech, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of any indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
