1. What is PiptiTech?
PiptiTech is an online-only electronics store that ships the latest phones, tablets, audio gear, smart-home devices, gaming accessories and more—direct to your door at competitive prices.
2. Are your products genuine?
Absolutely. Every item we sell is sourced from brand-authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves. Sealed boxes, serial numbers, and full warranties included.
3. How long does delivery take?
Metro areas: 2–5 business days. Regional areas: 5–14 business days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship Worldwide
5. What shipping options do I have?
Standard (free over $49)
6. How much does shipping cost below $49?
Flat $4.95 for standard
7. Can I pick up my order in person?
We’re 100 % online to keep prices low, so we don’t offer local pickup at this time.
8. Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna installment plans.
9. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is collected per state law and calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
10. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant gateways; we never store card details.
11. How do I track my order?
Log in to “My Account” or click the tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email.
12. Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes—contact support@piptitech.com or live chat within 2 hours of placing the order.
13. What is your return policy?
30-day hassle-free returns on unused items in original packaging. We email you a prepaid label; refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
14. Do you charge restocking fees?
No. The only cost to you is return shipping if you simply changed your mind (waived for defective items).
15. How do warranties work?
Every product ships with the full manufacturer warranty—typically 12 months for phones & tablets, 24 months for audio gear. We help you file claims if needed.
16. My item arrived damaged or defective. What now?
Email support@piptitech.com with photos and your order number. We’ll contact the delivery Company for compensation after that we will send another Unit.
17. Do you offer trade-ins or buy-back?
Not yet, but we’re building a program—subscribe to our newsletter for the launch announcement.
18. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Coming Soon but the Email will be bulk@piptitech.com for volume pricing and dedicated account management but is not working yet. ( Thank you for your patience.
