What is PiptiTech?
PiptiTech is an online store specialising in gaming and desk setups: mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, headsets and desk gear. Every product is hand-picked by us.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source exclusively from established European suppliers and authorised distributors. You receive original products in their original packaging.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We ship from warehouses in the European Union. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery within Germany and most of the EU takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the European Union. Because your order ships from inside the EU, there are no surprise customs fees.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Every transaction is SSL-encrypted and processed by PCI-compliant payment providers — we never store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, usually yes. Email support@piptitech.com as soon as possible with your order number.
What is your return policy?
As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Please see our Refund Policy for the exact conditions and how to start a return.
How do warranties work?
All products come with the statutory EU warranty of two years. If anything is wrong with your product, contact us and we'll sort it out with the supplier or manufacturer for you.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What now?
Email support@piptitech.com with your order number and a few photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
