We ship from warehouses located in the European Union, so your gear reaches you quickly and without surprise customs fees within the EU.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders within Germany and the EU arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. During peak periods (holidays, big sales) delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
